The Compass is the Port of Melbourne’s integrated management system that delivers a documented and auditable approach to ‘what we do’ and ‘how we do it’.

The Compass represents a systematic and collaborative approach to designing, reviewing and documenting PoM’s key business procedures and processes to drive operational excellence.  Port of Melbourne achieved ISO Compliance of The Compass with the following international Standards in March 2019:
