Access is via the gate at the corner of Williamstown Road and Todd Road and is available, by arrangement, to holders of National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHRV) permits only.

At least 24 hours notice is required, as follows:

1. Request access via Port Security by emailing
   PortOperationsControlCentreSecurity@portofmelbourne.com .
2. Provide date and time of access, vehicle registration, company details and driver contact phone number.
3. Provide a copy of your NHVR permit.

If the vehicle will not arrive at the arranged time, contact the Port Security Supervisor immediately on Mobile 0477 004 180.
